Please broadcast the following as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
 
     The Government announced today (November 2) that as the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the No. 8 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal will be issued, all Community Vaccination Centres, Community Vaccination Stations, Private Clinic COVID-19 Vaccination Stations and Hospital COVID-19 Vaccination Stations under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme have suspended registration and will be closed at or before 1.30pm.
 
     For persons with a booking affected by the closure of the vaccination centres and stations, their booking will be rescheduled to a later date and they will be informed of their new appointment date and time by SMS notification. 

     The Home Vaccination Service scheduled for this afternoon has been cancelled. The relevant medical organisations will contact persons affected for updated vaccination arrangement.
