In line with the entry quarantine requirements for those arriving at Hong Kong from overseas regions, the Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan, took a PCR test at the Hong Kong International Airport after arriving at Hong Kong today (November 1), and left the airport under the "test-and-go" arrangement. 

     Having assessed Mr Chan's case and evaluated the PCR test results, the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health determined that it was a recovered case and was not contagious, and isolation was not required. The Financial Secretary will attend the Global Financial Leaders' Investment Summit tomorrow (November 2), but will not take part in meals.
