FS to return to Hong Kong

     The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan, who is currently in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has tested negative for COVID-19 under a rapid antigen test (RAT). He has arranged to return to Hong Kong within the day, and is expected to arrive tomorrow (November 1) afternoon (Hong Kong time).
 
     Mr Chan visited the Middle East earlier and has extended his stay in Riyadh due to a positive RAT result.
