Following is the transcript of remarks made by the Secretary for Health, Professor Lo Chung-mau, at a media session after attending a seasonal influenza and COVID-19 vaccination event at the Legislative Council Complex today (October 26):

Reporter: Kwok Cheuk-kin argues that this is the Government creating a win situation for the Government in all situations.

Secretary for Health: It is not about whether the Government wins or someone else wins. We have to make sure that it is all the citizens of Hong Kong win in this battle against COVID-19.
