HAD enhances "StayHomeSafe" telephone hotline service

     The Home Affairs Department (HAD) announced today (September 13) that in view of the service demand, one additional hotline centre has been set up for the "StayHomeSafe" telephone hotline (1833 019).

     The additional hotline centre is located at Fung Tak Estate Community Centre in Wong Tai Sin. Together with the existing hotline centre at Lai Chi Kok Community Hall, the hotline provides service from 7am to 11pm daily, with over 150 lines during busy hours.

     HAD will continue to adjust the service level of the hotline to tie in with the epidemic situation so as to provide the necessary support and assistance to persons undergoing home quarantine under the "StayHomeSafe" Scheme.
