The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (September 1) that the red flags at Cheung Chau Tung Wan Beach and Pui O Beach in Islands District have been lowered and the beaches have been reopened.
The beaches were temporarily closed earlier on after sightings of dead fish from unidentified sources.
