Hongkong Post announced today (August 30) that with the gradual scaling up of air capacity provided by airlines, airmail services (including air letter and packet services) to Brazil, Cyprus, Israel, Latvia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico and Peru will resume from tomorrow (August 31).
