Tenders invited for site formation works at Queen's Hill Extension, Fanling

The works mainly include:
- site formation works of about four hectares at Queen's Hill Extension, Fanling;
- construction of associated retaining walls and slopes; and
- ancillary works including drainage, sewerage, waterworks and landscaping works.
The works are scheduled to commence in February 2023 and will take about 26 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned AECOM Asia Company Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 12/F, Grand Central Plaza, Tower 2, 138 Sha Tin Rural Committee Road, Sha Tin.
