Here is an item of interest to swimmers.
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 25) that the lifesaving services at Hap Mun Bay Beach and Trio Beach in Sai Kung District have resumed. The lifesaving services at these beaches were suspended earlier as lifeguards were unable to go to the beaches by ferries due to rough sea conditions.
However, due to big waves, the red flag has been hoisted at Hap Mun Bay Beach. Beachgoers are advised not to swim at the beach.
