Tenders invited for Site Formation and Infrastructure Works near Tan Kwai Tsuen in Yuen Long

The works mainly include:
- site formation works and construction of associated retaining walls and slopes;
- construction of a carriageway, lay-bys, footpaths and associated lift facilities, retaining walls and slopes for connecting Shun Tat Street with the proposed improved Tin Shui Wai West Interchange;
- construction of a carriageway at the proposed site connecting with the above carriageway;
- construction of water supply facilities, including two service reservoirs and a pumping station; and
- ancillary works, including drainage, sewerage and landscape works.
The works are scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of this year and will take about 60 months to complete.
The CEDD has commissioned Binnies Hong Kong Limited to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors may obtain the forms of tender and further particulars from the company at 43/F, AIA Kowloon Tower, 100 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon.
