Results of WhatsApp sticker design and photo competitions celebrating 25th anniversary of establishment of HKSAR announced

     The Government today (June 22) announced the results of the "Blessings for HKSAR 25th Birthday" WhatsApp Sticker Design Competition and the "New Era with a Bright Future" 4-frame Photo Competition.

     The winners are as follows:

"Blessings for HKSAR 25th Birthday" WhatsApp Sticker Design Competition

Champion: Huang Jun-yi, Tristan (CCC Heep Woh Primary School)
First Runner-up: Chan Wai-nok (La Salle Primary School)
Second Runner-up: Lam Sum-yau (CCC Heep Woh Primary School)
"Top Participating School" Award: CCC Heep Woh Primary School, La Salle Primary School and Hong Kong Student Aid Society Primary School

"New Era with a Bright Future" 4-frame Photo Competition (Secondary School Category)

Champion: Cheung Chi-hei (CUHK FAA Thomas Cheung Secondary School)
First Runner-up: Tsang Wing-gi (Yuen Long Merchants Association Secondary School)
Second Runner-up: Chan Yee-lam, Julie (Good Hope School)
"Top Participating School" Award: CUHK FAA Thomas Cheung Secondary School, Good Hope School and Yuen Long Merchants Association Secondary School
 
"New Era with a Bright Future" 4-frame Photo Competition (Open Category)

Champion: Tse Kwok-kei, Daniel
First Runner-up: Chow Leung-leung
Second Runner-up: Chan Sui-lan
 
     Held between January and May, the competitions were organised by the Information Services Department with the Education Bureau as the supporting organisation and Ming Pao as a co-organiser. They aimed at encouraging the public to send their blessings and express their aspirations or vision for the future of Hong Kong by means of creative stickers and images.
 
     The champions, first runners-up and second runners-up of the primary school and secondary school categories will be awarded scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 and a trophy, while winners of the open category will receive cash prizes ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 and a trophy.
 
     The winner list and winning entries have been uploaded to the HKSAR 25th anniversary dedicated website (www.hksar25.gov.hk).
