Water Supplies Department to suspend some public services

     The Water Supplies Department (WSD) announced today (June 1) that to facilitate upgrading of its computer system, some of its public services will be suspended during the following periods:
 
Type of services Affected areas Suspension period
Online services All online services provided through the WSD Mobile App and WSD Electronic Services Delivery 
 
(The temporary water suspension notice provided by Electronic Services Delivery will still be available at : www.wsd.gov.hk/en/customer-services/temporary-water-suspension-notices-and-enquiries/index.html)
From 0am on June 11 (Saturday) to 11.59pm on June 20 (Monday)
Customer Enquiry Centres
  • Issue of water bills on request
  • Estimate for water and sewage charges
  • Application for change of consumership
  • Cash refund of water deposit
  • Application for plumber's licence
  • Application for fishing licence
  • Sale of water tickets
From June 13 (Monday) to June 17 (Friday) and June 20 (Monday)

(9am to 5.30pm)
Hotline
  • Issue of water bills on request
  • Estimate for water and sewage charges
  • Application for change of consumership
From June 13 (Monday) to June 17 (Friday) and June 20 (Monday)

(8.45am to 6.30pm)
