Five approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

     The Town Planning Board announced today (May 13) that the Chief Executive in Council has referred five approved outline zoning plans to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals, namely the approved Yuen Long Outline Zoning Plan (OZP), the approved Tai Tong OZP, the approved Kam Tin North OZP, the approved Mong Kok OZP and the approved Ma Tau Kok OZP.

     Each OZP incorporating the respective amendment(s) will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

     The Yuen Long OZP, the Tai Tong OZP, the Kam Tin North OZP, the Mong Kok OZP and the Ma Tau Kok OZP were last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in December 2021, August 2021, December 2014, February 2022 and March 2022 respectively.
