Murder in Ma On Shan

At 6.17am today, Police received a report from a man that a woman was killed in Mui Tsz Lam, Ma On Shan.
Police officers sped to the scene and found the 38-year-old woman lying unconsciously on the floor. Sustaining multiple injuries, she was certified dead at scene.
Initial investigation revealed that the deceased had been suspectedly attacked. The 52-year-old man at scene was arrested.
Post-mortem examinations will be conducted later to ascertain the cause of death of the deceased.
Active investigation by the Regional Crime Unit of New Territories South is underway.
