AMO venues to reopen

The venues to be reopened include the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre in Yuen Long, Tai Fu Tai in San Tin, the Old House of Wong Uk Village in Sha Tin, No. 10 San Wai in Wong Chuk Hang, the Fortified Structure at Ha Pak Nai, the Fong Yuen Study Hall on Ma Wan, the Wun Yiu Exhibition at Sheung Wun Yiu Village in Tai Po, and the Information Centres of Tung Chung Fort on Lantau Island and Tung Lung Fort on Tung Lung Chau in Sai Kung.
In order to comply with the requirements stipulated in the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599L) and relevant requirements of administrative instructions, visitors are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code and to comply with the requirement of the Vaccine Pass before being allowed to enter the venues. To expedite the process of admission, visitors are advised to store the QR code of their COVID-19 vaccination record and/or COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate in the "LeaveHomeSafe", "iAM Smart" or "eHealth" mobile app, or carry a paper copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record and/or Exemption Certificate printed with an encrypted QR code for scanning by the staff members of the venues. Visitors who opt for showing their COVID-19 vaccination record or Exemption Certificate printed without an encrypted QR code are reminded to arrive earlier to avoid delaying their visits as a longer time is required for such registration. The AMO reminds visitors that group gatherings of more than the number of people as stipulated by the law will not be allowed. Special measures will be adopted for the venues, including requesting visitors to undergo temperature checks, use hand sanitiser and put on their own masks before entering the venues. Cleaning and disinfection measures will also be stepped up to minimise the risk of infection.
The AMO will pay close attention to the latest developments of the pandemic, as well as the requirements for scheduled premises as stipulated in the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), and review or revise the above arrangements in due course.
