Grand View Property Management Limited was fined $30,000 at Fanling Magistrates' Courts today (February 22) for violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance. The prosecution was launched by the Labour Department.

     The case involved a fatal accident that occurred on August 4, 2021, at a residential building in Yuen Long. A security guard was electrocuted while checking a flooding situation in a pump room of the building.
