In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, the Water Supplies Department (WSD) announced today (February 18) that the arrangements for the public services of the WSD's Customer Enquiry Centres (CECs) commencing from February 21 (Monday) are as follows: 
 

• The CECs in Wan Chai and Tai Kok Tsui will be opened with opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday; and 
• The CECs in Sha Tin, Tai Po and Tuen Mun will be closed until further notice. 

     In addition, to reduce social contact, members of the public are advised to minimise visiting the CECs in person unless necessary. The public can file enquiries as well as requests for service through the Customer Services Hotline (2824 5000) or by email (wsdinfo@wsd.gov.hk).
