Latest arrangements for HAD services
************************************

In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) announced today (February 11) that it will continue to adjust its service arrangements until further notice. The details are listed below.

The Home Affairs Enquiry Centres in 18 districts and the HAD's Estate Beneficiaries Support Unit remain closed.      The Office of the Licensing Authority will continue to be closed. Any licensing application in connection with hotels, guesthouses and other premises as well as entertainment can be submitted by post or by using e-submission. Application forms and submission details can be found on the webpage of the Office of the Licensing Authority: www.hadla.gov.hk.

All community halls and community centres, except when being used as temporary cold shelters, temporary shelters for emergency situations or for anti-epidemic work, also remain closed.

The operating hours for the HAD's enquiry hotline (2835 2500), the hotline for home confinees coming back from outside Hong Kong (2835 1473), and the 24-hour hotline set up under the "StayHomeSafe" Scheme (1833 019) remain unchanged.
