The Lands Department announced today (January 25) that in respect of the tender for the site Tai Po Town Lot No. 234 at Tai Po Road - Tai Po Kau, Tai Po, New Territories, which was awarded on December 29, 2021, to the successful tenderer, Castle Great Limited (parent company: Chime Corporation Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $1,368,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
