     The Ombudsman, Ms Winnie Chiu, held a press conference this morning (December 23) to announce the results of two direct investigation reports. The titles of the reports are "Regulatory work on dog keepers' obligations by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department" and "Government's control of illicit fuelling activities".
