Planned System Maintenance of Faster Payment System on November 14, 2021

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority would like to remind members of the public that the Faster Payment System (FPS) service will be unavailable from 1am to 11am on November 14, 2021 (Sunday) due to a planned system maintenance, to be carried out by the Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited, the operator of the FPS. In case of need, members of the public may make advance arrangements for their payment activities.
Members of the public can contact individual banks or stored value facility operators for more details regarding the FPS services that may be affected by the system maintenance.
