Missing man in Kowloon City located

Chan Ying-fat, aged 86, went missing after he left a caring home on Waterloo Road on October 28 afternoon. Staff of the caring home made a report to Police on October 29.
The man was located outside Tin Shui Wai Tin Shui Road yesterday (October 31) midnight. He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
