Fatal traffic accident in Tai Po

At 5.52pm, the 57-year-old man was riding a bicycle along a cycling track on Ting Kok Road towards Tai Po. When approaching near 68 Ting Kok Road, the cyclist reportedly lost control and fell onto the ground.
Sustaining head injuries, the man was rushed to Prince of Wales Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 7.07pm.
Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North is underway.
