SHA to attend closing ceremony of National Games for Persons with Disabilities in Xi'an

The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Caspar Tsui, will leave for Xi'an in Shaanxi Province this afternoon (October 28) to attend the closing ceremony of the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 8th National Special Olympic Games of the People's Republic of China, and join the flag handover ceremony.

Mr Tsui will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon of October 30. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Jack Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Home Affairs.
