Missing man in Sai Kung located

Lai Ka-pak, aged 23, went missing after he was last seen at a university in Clear Water Bay on October 1 afternoon. His family made a report to Police on October 3.
The man returned to his residence yesterday morning (October 12) . He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
