As the Hong Kong Observatory will consider issuing the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 between 4pm and 6pm today (October 12), classes of all schools are suspended today. Schools should implement contingency measures to ensure the safety of students. They should ensure that conditions are safe before allowing students to return home.
