Service suspension of Community Vaccination Centres and Hospital Covid-19 Vaccination Stations
******************************************************************************************
Attention duty announcers, TV and radio stations:

Please broadcast the following as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:

The Government announced today (October 8) that as the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is now in force, all Community Vaccination Centres (CVCs) and Hospital Covid-19 Vaccination Stations (HCVSs) under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme remain open but have suspended vaccination services. If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled before the normal closing time of the CVCs and HCVSs, the CVCs and HCVSs will resume vaccination service as soon as possible.

For persons with a booking affected by the suspension of vaccination service at CVCs and HCVSs, their booking will be rescheduled to a later date and they will be informed of their new appointment date and time by SMS notification. If their booking is for the second vaccination dose, and the CVCs and HCVSs resume vaccination service later today, they may go to the CVC or HCVS they selected in their original booking during the remaining opening hours for vaccination today.
