The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr John Lee, today (September 27) expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Senior Police Inspector of Marine Region Ms Lam Yuen-yee while she was on duty.

     Mr Lee extended his deepest condolences to her family and said that the Government will provide the utmost support to family members of the late Ms Lam through this difficult time.

     Mr Lee also expressed his hope for a speedy recovery for the other three police officers who were injured in the incident.
