Local artists and government landscape architects have breathed new life into flyovers and subways in the city, tapping into characteristics of various districts.
 
     News.gov.hk spoke to a Highways Department landscape architect and an artist to learn more about the design concepts of the upgrading works in Kowloon City and Tung Chung.
