Police today (September 21) laid a charge against two men and a woman, aged 18 to 20, each with one count of conspiracy to incite the commission by other persons of the offence of subversion.

     The three persons were arrested yesterday (September 20). They were arrested for suspected conspiracy to incite the commission by other persons of the offence of subversion, contravening Article 22 and 23 of the Hong Kong National Security Law.

     The case will be mentioned at the West Kowloon Magistrates’ Courts this afternoon.
