The Lands Department announced today (September 17) that in respect of the tender for the site Lot No. 1677 in Demarcation District No. 115 at the junction of Lau Yip Street and Chung Yip Road, Yuen Long, New Territories, which was awarded on August 17 to the successful tenderer, Crown Gain Investments Limited (parent company: CK Asset Holdings Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $716,000,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
