Man holding charged with murder and arson

     Police today (July 22) laid a holding charge against a 62-year-old man with three counts of murder and one count of arson.

     The man was arrested on July 12 in suspected connection with a murder and arson case happened in Tai Po in which a 42-year-old woman, a 13-year-old girl and an eight-year-old girl died.

     The case will be mentioned at Fanling Magistrates’ Courts tomorrow (July 23) morning.
