     The Ombudsman, Ms Winnie Chiu, held a press conference this morning (July 22) to announce the results of two direct investigation reports. The titles of the reports are "Effectiveness of Mosquito Prevention and Control by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department" and "Government's Arrangements for Engaging Outside Interpretation Services".
