​The Consumption Voucher Scheme website (www.consumptionvoucher.gov.hk) started to accept registrations at 6am today (July 4). As at 12noon, nearly 700 000 people have submitted electronic registration, and among them close to 600 000 people authenticated their identity by answering security questions related to the Cash Payout Scheme launched last year. The process is simple and no queueing was required. People may also upload their identity card copy to the Scheme website at designated time after filling in their registration data to complete the registration procedure. Queuing is also not required.
