Public services in LegCo Complex suspended

Please broadcast the following message as soon as possible and repeat it at suitable intervals:
As the Black Rainstorm Signal has been issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Legislative Council (LegCo) Secretariat announced today (June 28) that the service of the LegCo Public Complaints Office is suspended. Meanwhile, public services in the LegCo Complex, including the LegCo Library and the LegCo Archives, are also suspended.
Services will be resumed two hours after the Black Rainstorm Signal is cancelled. However, if the Signal is cancelled at or after 3pm today, services will be suspended for the whole day.
