Vacancy in Sai Kung District Council

     The Government declared by notice in the Gazette today (March 26) the existence of a vacant elected seat in the Sai Kung District Council Wan Hang Constituency.

     Following the resignation of elected member Mr Fan Gary Kwok-wai, the office has become vacant since March 16, 2021, pursuant to section 26(b) of the District Councils Ordinance (Cap. 547).
