Service arrangement of DH's Student Health Service

In view of the development of the COVID-19 epidemic situation, the Department of Health (DH) today (November 25) announced that services under the Student Health Service of the DH will be adjusted in order to deploy more healthcare manpower to support anti-epidemic work and meet operational needs.
Starting from Friday (November 27), services of three Student Health Service Centres (SHSCs), namely Kowloon Bay SHSC, Tai Po SHSC and Yuen Long SHSC, will be suspended.
Limited annual health assessment services will continue to be provided at nine SHSCs. They are:
- Chai Wan SHSC;
- Western SHSC;
- Lam Tin SHSC;
- Kowloon City Lions Clubs SHSC;
- Tsz Wan Shan Wu York Yu SHSC;
- Sha Tin SHSC;
- Shek Wu Hui SHSC;
- South Kwai Chung SHSC; and
- Tuen Mun SHSC.
Limited Special Assessment Centre (SAC) services will also be provided to students who require further follow-ups at SACs. These include assessment services provided by clinical psychologists, dietitians, optometrists, audiologists and scoliosis related services.

Meanwhile, the DH will continue to implement stringent infection control measures at service units. Of which, all clients with appointments and visitors must put on surgical masks and have their body temperature checked.
