Police today (October 27) laid a charge against a 35-year-old man with one count of manslaughter, who is in connection with a case happened inside a hospital in Cheung Sha Wan on November 4, 2018, in which a 41-year-old man died.

     On November 4, 2018, a 41-year-old male patient was pushed over by a fellow 33-year-old male patient inside a hospital in Cheung Sha Wan. The 41-year-old man was then rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital and was subsequently certified dead at 2.15am the next day (November 5, 2018).

     After seeking legal advice, officers of District Crime Squad of Sham Shui Po charged the 35-year-old man today (October 27) with one count of manslaughter. The case will be mentioned before West Kowloon Magistrates’ Courts tomorrow (October 28) morning.
