As the No.8 gale or storm signal is now in force, the Transport Department announced that the services of the 11 temporary distribution/collection centres for distribution of swab self-sampling kits and collection of specimens for taxi and public light bus drivers scheduled today (October 13) will be temporarily suspended. If No.8 gale or storm signal is lowered before 2pm, all temporary distribution/collection centres will be reopened within about two hours. If No.8 gale or storm signal is still in force at 2pm, all temporary distribution/collection centres will be closed today.
