Latest arrangements for services of HAD

     In view of the latest developments of the epidemic situation, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) announced today (September 11) its service arrangements from Monday (September 14). The details are set out below.
 
     The Home Affairs Enquiry Centres and the Estate Beneficiaries Support Unit will resume normal opening hours and provide the full range of services.
 
     The services provided by the Office of the Licensing Authority remain normal.
 
     The multi-purpose halls, conference rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, activity rooms, study rooms and covered play areas of community halls and community centres will be reopened to organisations with approved bookings from September 17 (Thursday). However, there will be limits on the number of participants for activities to be held in order to ensure that appropriate social distancing can be maintained among them.
 
     The HAD's hotlines for persons under home quarantine will continue to operate between 9am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. For other enquiries, please call the HAD's enquiry hotline at 2835 2500 between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Friday.
