Resumption of flat selection for GSH 2019

The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) announced today (August 28) that flat selection sessions of Sale of Green Form Subsidised Home Ownership Scheme (GSH) Flats 2019 will gradually resume service from next Monday (August 31). The number of flat selection sessions per day as well as the number of people invited to each session will be suitably adjusted.
Starting from August 31, the flat selection will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with two flat selection sessions each day, commencing from 9am and 11am respectively. The HA has issued flat selection notification letters by batches to concerned GSH applicants according to their priority for flat selection.
The GSH Sales Unit in Kwun Tong, including the exhibition area for displaying the building models and doll houses of GSH 2019, will be open from 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday starting from August 31.
Infection control measures such as controlling the flow of people, mandatory body temperature checks and wearing of masks will be in place.
