The Water Supplies Department (WSD) announced today (August 21) that it will provide more public services upon the implementation of targeted measures to reduce social contact, and help measures for infection control against COVID-19. The WSD's Customer Enquiries Centre in Tai Kok Tsui will be reopened commencing on August 24 with opening hours from 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Other public services arrangements announced on July 19 will continue.

     The arrangements above will remain effective until further notice.
