Temporary closure of AMO venues

     The Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO) announced today (March 21) that owing to the latest development of COVID-19, the recently re-opened special exhibition, "Treasures from Sacred Hill: Song-Yuan Period Archaeological Discoveries from Kai Tak" staged at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui and Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre will be temporarily closed again from March 23 (Monday) until further notice.
      
     The other venues of AMO, which have been closed, including the permanent exhibition and the reference library at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre, Tai Fu Tai in San Tin, Old House of Wong Uk Village in Sha Tin, Fortified Structure in Ha Pak Nai, Wun Yiu Exhibition at the Sheung Wun Yiu Village in Tai Po, No. 10 San Wai in Wong Chuk Hang, Fong Yuen Study Hall on Ma Wan, Information Centre of Tung Chung Fort on Lantau Island and Information Centre of Tung Lung Fort on Tung Lung Chau in Sai Kung, will continue to be temporarily closed.
      
     All educational activities and docent services at the venues above will be cancelled until further notice.
