Protestors damage traffic lights in Yuen Long

At around 10pm today (October 26), violent protestors gathering at Castle Peak Road - Yuen Long near Tai Tong Road damaged the traffic lights and blocked the roads using minibus stop flags and traffic cones. Some of them even hurled a glass bottle at police officers during the dispersal operation.
Protestors are warned that they are participating in an unlawful assembly. Police warn the protestors to stop all illegal acts or else arrest action will be conducted using minimum necessary force. Bystanders should also leave the scene immediately.
