     The Ombudsman, Ms Winnie Chiu, held a press conference this morning (October 22) to announce the results of two direct investigation reports on "Mechanism for Identifying and Reporting Suspected Child Abuse Cases" and "Government's Planning and Arrangements for Ancillary Facilities for Electric Private Vehicles".
