Missing man in Sha Tin located

Shum Cheuk-kan, aged 24, went missing after he left a hostel on Lek Yuen Street on October 1 night. A staff member of the hostel made a report to Police the next day.
The man turned up to Police to cancel the missing person report on October 17 afternoon. He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
