The Central and Western District Office has announced that due to special circumstances that will possibly happen nearby, the "Hong Kong Island Youth Musical Performance in Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China" to be held at Queen Elizabeth Stadium today (October 4) at 7pm will be cancelled to ensure the safety of participants.
