Missing man in Kwai Chung located

Ng Yiu-fai, aged 41, went missing after he left his residence in Kwai Fong Estate on August 21 afternoon. His family made a report to Police on August 28.
The man turned up at Kwai Chung Police Station to cancel the missing person report this afternoon (September 30).
