Tenders invited for Kwu Tung North New Development Area, Phase 1: Roads and Drains between Kwu Tung North New Development Area and Shek Wu Hui

The works are scheduled to commence in February 2020 and will take about 59 months to complete. The works mainly comprise:
- road and drainage works between Kwu Tung North New Development Area and Shek Wu Hui;
- construction of a sewage pumping station, a visitor centre for the Long Valley Nature Park and a footbridge spanning the Sheung Yue River; and
- site formation of the land and the associated engineering infrastructure works for a village resite area in Kwu Tung North New Development Area.
The CEDD has appointed AECOM Asia Company Limited as the consultant to design and supervise the works. Interested contractors can obtain the tender forms and other particulars from the company at 8/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Sha Tin Rural Committee Road, Sha Tin.
The invitation to tender was gazetted today. The closing time for the tender is noon on November 22, 2019.
