The Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, will depart for Nansha, Guangzhou, tomorrow morning (September 26) to attend the Major Project of Guangzhou Nansha Demonstration Zone for Comprehensive Cooperation at the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) and the Pearl Science Park of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Secretary for Education, Mr Kevin Yeung; the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Patrick Nip; and the Director of the Chief Executive's Office, Mr Chan Kwok-ki, will join the visit.
Mrs Lam will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon of the same day.
